Simpel jupyter notebook for analyzing Statens Serum Institut - COVID-19 data

Data are taken from :
https://covid19.ssi.dk/overvagningsdata/download-fil-med-overvaagningdata and https://covid19.ssi.dk/overvagningsdata/private-tests

The notebook is organized in two notebooks which get the data

• Data based on PCR test
• Data based on privat antigen tests (quick tests)

Plots are generated by

• Main plotting notebook
• Plots for a region (currelty configured for Copenhagen)

I recommend to clone the github repository

• The notebook can be accessed online using mybinder.org from: https://mybinder.org/v2/gh/BoJakobsen/Corona-plot/main however the read of data from the pdf file of antigen tests does not work, so the plotting script needs to be modified to not include this.
